About Us

Cliff Tan is an architect with over 15 years of experience in planning and space optimisation. His style is characterised by an intutive sense of spatial flow and economy, coupled with the logics of form feng shui. 

He set up Dear Modern in 2016, an architectural practice aimed towards the less wealthy and commonplace, offering a truly affordable, no-strings way to seek the advice of an architect from anywhere in the world virtually.

He graduated from the Architectural Association, School of Architecture, and has worked on projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Hungary and the United Kingdom.
